All preview artwork, listing images, emote concepts, branding, and product presentation shown here are protected Pixelroom Studios materials unless noted otherwise.
The images on this site are watermarked previews for browsing. Purchased files are delivered only through Etsy or an agreed custom order.
Browser protection, disabled dragging, and watermarks are deterrents only. They do not change the copyright status of the artwork and they do not permit extraction or reuse.
Purchases and Files
The exact license for a purchase is the license stated in the relevant Etsy listing or custom order agreement.
Unless the Etsy listing or a written custom order agreement says otherwise, a purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the delivered files for the buyer's own Twitch, Discord, YouTube, Kick, VTuber, and community channel use. Copyright is not transferred.
Purchases are processed through Etsy unless a separate custom order agreement is made. Etsy listings control the included files, delivery method, refund handling, and any listing-specific usage terms.
Default buyer rights
- Channel use
- Use delivered purchase files on the buyer's own streaming, Discord, community, VTuber, and creator channels unless the listing says otherwise.
- Non-exclusive
- Ready-made packs remain Pixelroom Studios artwork and may be sold to multiple buyers unless a written custom agreement states exclusivity.
- No copyright transfer
- Buying a pack or custom order does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork.
Not Allowed Without Written Permission
- Redistribution
- Do not resell, share, repackage, or redistribute preview or purchased files outside the rights stated in the purchase terms.
- Extraction
- Do not remove watermarks, extract artwork from previews, or use website preview files as production assets.
- AI training
- Preview artwork and purchased artwork may not be used for model training, dataset creation, resale, redistribution, or extraction unless Pixelroom Studios gives written permission.
- False affiliation
- Do not present Pixelroom Studios artwork as your own original work or as an official endorsement.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may have individual rights, delivery scope, revision terms, and approval steps. Those terms should be confirmed in the Etsy message thread or written custom order agreement before work begins.
